* We Are Not A Financial Institution, nor do we represent ourselves as such neither are we a subsidiary of Liberty Reserve, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB), Visa or any other independent service outside epaymonster.com. In addition, we are not affiliated to any of the banks or coporate logo(s) you see on our website. We simply use their services.

* We are an Independent E-currency Exchange Service Provider.

* We offer our services to only Nigerians resident in Nigeria.

* For obvious security reasons, we do not accept or make cash payments in our office. All transactions are made through our bank as specified in your invoice for every new order.

* You are responsible for supplying your correct information in all transactions. This cuts across e-currency, visa card transactions and every other service rendered on our website. In the event that your transactions are sent to wrong account(s) because you supplied wrong information, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.

* You will not use our services for money laundering activities.

* We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.

* We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody except when demanded by relevant authorities.

* All transactions are concluded within 24hours to 10 working days. If there is any delay, we will contact you and apologise accordingly.

* Orders are final. You can not request a refund once an order is fulfilled and deposit made to your account. This holds across our service platform.

* All orders are verified and where suspicious activities are detected, funds sent shall be with-held UNTIL all the incidence of suspicious activities detected are cleared beyond doubt. Where the suspicious nature of the activity remains uncleared, such funds shall be held for a period of 60 working days to ascertain no third party claims are made, then such funds may be released to a registered bank account matching registration details we have on file. Where necessary, you will be required to verify your identity or transaction as we deem fit.

* We provide you with Visa Cards but do not guarantee that you will be able to use it everywhere due to reasons far beyond our control which might limit you on certain websites. In cases where you are unable to use your card for any reason, you are advised to contact the card issuer from your personal account for them to resolve the issue. You may also contact the owner(s) of the website where you wish to make a purchase. We shall not provide or issue refunds on cards for reasons of inability to make use of such card(s).

Refunds:

* Where we are unable to complete your orders within the time frame of our transaction time, we shall issue you a refund upon demand to the tune of the exact amount paid with an apology. In cases where you cancel the transaction yourself before we are able to complete such transaction or where you failed to follow the instructions laid out on our website and have delays leading to refunds, we shall charge you between N500 - N5000 depending on the amount in question. Note that all other conditions attached to paybacks as earlier highlighted stands in cases of refunds.

* You must be at least 18years of age to use any of our services.

* We reserve the right to amend these terms as we deem fit without any prior notice or consultation from anybody.
